Refund Policy
Effective date: 14 September 2026 Version: 1.1
Tagwise is operated by InsightFlow (InsightFlow B.V.), KvK no. 42121902, Marnixstraat 161, 1015 VN Amsterdam, Netherlands. This policy applies alongside our Terms & Conditions.
1. Paddle is the merchant of record
Payments for Tagwise are processed by Paddle, which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds and withdrawals are therefore handled under Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply to your transaction.
2. Refunds
- Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Paddle may issue refunds on a discretionary basis, or where you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal or refund right.
- Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
- Any VAT or sales tax charged is refunded together with the price.
- Once a refund is issued, access to the paid report ends.
3. Statutory withdrawal rights
Where local consumer protection law grants withdrawal rights, those rights apply and override this policy:
- EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom: consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital content and service contracts and receive a full refund. This right does not apply to digital content that has started to be downloaded, streamed or otherwise used where you gave express consent to waive your withdrawal rights — you are asked to give that consent at our checkout.
- Turkey / Israel: 14 days from the date of the transaction.
- South Korea / Brazil / China / Canada: 7 days from the date of the transaction.
- Singapore: 5 days from the date of the transaction.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
4. How to request a refund or withdraw
Contact Paddle using either of the following:
- the support link in your payment receipt, or
- paddle.net and select "Request refund" (EU consumers within the withdrawal period can also select the withdrawal option in the Paddle customer portal).
If you have a question about your report itself, you can also email contact@insightflow.nl and we will help where we can. Refund decisions are made by Paddle under the policy above.
5. Card disputes and chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, please raise it with Paddle before opening a dispute with your bank. A chargeback takes considerably longer to resolve for everyone involved.
